A day to remember

So after months and months of humming and hawing, one of us finally decided to make the first move by creating a Whatsapp group to fix a date on our trip to USS; Which we've spoken about way before our school hols even started.

Yeap, that's what happens when 4 lazy people meet each other.

But before I begin, let me share with you an epic story.

Right... We'd postponed the outing twice because we couldn't come to an agreement since we had our own plans on different days. Besides, the weather over the past few weeks was like... I don't know how else to describe it, probably just like a girl when she has sudden mood swings.

Super temperamental and even the weather forecast couldn't predict the screwed up weather accurately.

Ended up, 3 out of 4 of us lost the enthusiasm about it since everyone was pretty apathetic about going.

Then all of a sudden, Rah told us that she'd already booked the tixs and paid for them...

So yea, we all decided to make the plan work out on the third attempt since we had not much of a choice.

LOL and she had us all fooled. Truth is, she only said that just so that we'll all agree to go. Wise. I still can't believe we actually bought that.

Ok the end of the epic story. Hahahaha

Probably the two hottest guys we've met there. We even had a debate who was hotter but to me, they both look the same. LOL.

Felt excluded because I was the only one in shoes :( Boo hoo

I love them.

This restaurant reminded me of the one in "A Cinderella Story" where Hilary Duff worked at. Don't exactly know why the weird thought.

Hi my princess.

Check out my new car ;) I wish.

As you can see, we were too immersed that we kinda... Didn't take that many pictures ooooopsie.

But anyway, ending this post with a pic with the galz at the Ghost Child's Gala premiere the following day.

For all of you curious creatures out there, yeaaaa I took up a small role in the movie (partially cos I can't swim :p), which was filmed last year as mentioned in one of my posts some time ago.

Had a really great time so you guys should totally catch the movie if you've yet to! Starring Chen Hanwei, Jayley Woo and Carmen Soo :)

Here's the trailer to warm yourself up before the actual movie LOL.

Review

So as you can see from my recent insta images and tweets, I've gotten myself a Blackberry Z10!!! And after since, I've been receiving a lot of requests to do a write up on my views about it.

Well, I've been using Sony Ericsson phones ever since I had my first phone when I was... 8 I think. All the way until late 2010 where I finally stepped out of my comfort zone to join in the crowd with the iPhone 3 so on and so forth.

And guess what... I broke my 5th iphone a week back.

This is when I thought something new could come into my life.

I always found it hard to adapt to new phones and I expected my BB10 to be no exception but surprisingly, it turned out pretty well.

I guess the part that I fell head over heels for instantly was the time shift mode on the camera; it's an astonishing camera feature which allowed me to capture a group shot where everyone is smiling with their eyes wide open.

Besides, it's so light and slim I feel like I'm not even holding anything sometimes... Ok, maybe I exaggerated a little but I swear it's so much more convenient to bring something so compact and easily accessible around.

I think those people in the train think I'm obsessed with myself or smth, mrt also wanna take picture. lol.

Btw, the quality of the picture is really amazing pls?!?!?!?!??!?! Super clear!!! But I'm still debating if it's a good or bad thing because I can actually see the flaws on my face really clearly. Yes, it is that clear.

And a story Maker, which lets you bring a collection of photos and videos together, along with music and effects, to produce an HD movie that you can instantly share!

You know how much I love taking pictures and I think it's really important to me when it comes to the functionality of the camera on my phone, it comes in much handier compared to an actual camera.

Then after meddling around with it for a few days while I'm at home, I started to find out more cool features about this product.

Such as the BlackBerry  Hub, which is a single place to manage all your convos; it's sorta like the ability to “peek” into the BlackBerry Hub from anywhere, so you’re always only one swipe away from what matters to you.

The BlackBerry Flow, experience excels by enabling features and apps to flow seamlessly together, which helps me to complete my task at hand effortlessly and efficiently.

For example, you can tap on an attendee listed for a meeting to see their latest tweet or LinkedIn profile. Or tap the thumbnail of a picture you just took to launch the Picture editor and quickly apply a transformation or filter, then instantly share it with your contacts!

Love how you can just edit your pictures right away!

I'm really satisfied with its speed and how it hasn't lagged on me yet despite the number of tabs I have which are running simultaneously. Which my other phones did after awhile.

Not forgetting what BB phones are most known for; The BlackBerry Messanger in my BB10 includes voice calling and video chat, and introduces the ability to share your screen with another BlackBerry 10 contact (All I need now is to have for BB-user friends to add on to my contact list hahaha)

Playing around with the Video chat.

I guess the only two things that are lacking now are probably Insta and Whatsapp which are coming out soon!!! Otherwise, overall I'm actually pretty satisfied with the phone.

Perhaps all I need to do now is to get used to all the different features.

Update post 3

Headed down to MacPherson for dinner on the last day of cny with the Neo fam. Hahaha.

Pls bear with the minimal makeup on... I am only human and it's forgivable for human beings to get lazy. :p

Say hi to Momo and Dodo Neo.

Got too bored half way and decided to mess around with my lil cuz's hair. Her hair is so freakin smooth and silky?! Remembering those days of mine...

Right, so I've never ever celebrated V's day my entire life... Ok maybe I kinda did last year but I'd exclude that bcos it was pretty much just like an ordinary date.

Doesn't make this time round any special either, just went on a picnic date with L over at Sentosa... Not exactly to celebrate V's day but well since it fell on that day so I'll just blog about it anyways.

Right, so we were kinda dressed for the wrong occasion... The sudden downpour kinda took us by surprise. OKAY, maybe not exactly surprise since we did check the weather forecast hahahahahahaha.

We were just two young kids thinking that having a picnic in the rain was the coolest thing to do.... Not.

I know the food prepared by us doesn't look really appealing but I swear they tasted good as hell!!! Not self-praising, just... Haiya, fine a little bit since it was kind of the first time I got down to the kitchen. Lol

This guy hasn't eaten for years, as you can see.

I don't know exactly when I took the next few pictures but I'll just include them anyways since it's my last update post for the month of Feb!

Gonna blog about my green hair soon!!!

Signing off,

Hahaha I just had to do that, too much of PLL.
